IL - Illinois State Accreditation

If the umbilical Cord Blood banks operate within the state if Illinois or they accept, collect or release their Cord Blood units, they must meet the state’s requirements.

Accreditation required: Tissue bank registration

• The registration is to be renewed every year without any failure
• The bank should meet all the testing requirements that are fixed by state for the specific diseases
